Introducing Dottie Vincent….

Born in New Jersey in the US but since 2001, Dottie Vincent has enjoyed living in the family-friendly suburb Newington, along with her husband Tim, daughter Lily and pooch Tuffy, a miniature schnauzer. And what’s not to like about our wonderful community? According to Dottie, Newington offers a vibrant community environment akin to a small village, but all the amenities of a bustling city suburb.

Better still, in just 15 minutes, residents can walk to a vast selection of events in Sydney Olympic Park, whether for some world-class tennis or netball action at Ken Rosewell Arena or the Aquatic Centre, where the globe’s best swimmers compete. There’s also the famous Sydney Easter Show and Qudos Bank Area for cheering on the Sydney Kings. But there’s more, says Dottie, who counts a Taylor Swift concert or State of Origin decider among her all-time favourite Accor Stadium attractions.

But it’s not all glitz and glamour for Newington residents. Dottie recommends the walking tracks and cycleways around the Olympic precinct and Parramatta River, while the monthly Pop-Up markets are worth exploring ...

Dottie completed a Bachelor of Arts in Design from the American University, Washington DC, and this qualification has proven a major influence on her career. 

Starting as a graphic artist, Dottie honed her creative talents as a marketing executive in the telecommunications industry. When she shifted to Sydney, Dottie worked in advertising and publishing before landing at NVRE in 2012 serendipitously. 

Dottie met our sales agent Chuck Lee when he sold a property for her and Tim. Chuck immediately noticed Dottie’s talents, and before she knew it, she was cutting her real estate teeth, helping with opens on Saturdays and other aspects of the sales process. 

Renowned for her positive and creative attitude, Dottie’s dual passions for helping people and marketing set her apart as a real estate professional. With an eye for interior styling, Dottie can offer helpful advice and tips for getting a property market-ready to maximise a successful outcome.

The experienced marketer also enjoys writing copy to present a property in its best light and ensures that the photography used to promote every listing is engaging.
